We love having team-building opportunities and our sushi team-building event was unlike any other. Our quality of life committee brought in a chef to teach us about the art of sushi making and to give us some hands-on experience using non-traditional ingredients. We then split into several teams, each with a different challenge such as appetizer, main course, or dessert. The main challenge for the teams was to think outside the box and really come up with unusual combinations of ingredients to create a unique sushi creation. After the challenges were completed, the teams got to present their creations to the chef where they were judged on creativity and flavor.
