Bringing St. Charles' brand of customer care to South Bend
St. Charles Medical Group redefined its regional outpatient service approach with a new clinic model focused on the patient’s experience and efficient state-of-the-art patient care. The new building design announces the St. Charles brand to the south side of Bend by siting the building prominently along the busy Highway 97. As the first in a series of new outpatient locations, the project provides a welcoming covered entry, comfortable check-in/waiting with ample natural light, inspiring mountain views, and spacious exam services, all effectively connected with a simple wayfinding process. Central staff team centers, informed by CKA research, improve staff efficiency while effectively supporting the coordinated care model.
The unique approach to project design included active collaboration with the Developer, the Tenant, and the project’s CM/GC, culminating in a cost-effective, flexible, and efficient solution built to grow clinic services for many years to come.
