Yesterday we had a productive half-day retreat with facilitator Nicole Carey where we explored our strengths and communication styles, using Gallup’s Strengths Finder approach. Nicole’s guidance made the experience even more valuable, and we’re beyond thrilled to work with such a group of wildly talented individuals.
